Plant Carrying Trays |
This is for those of you who like to get your plants to the show in an upright position! It always seems the best one you have is the most likely to tip over in the car on the way to the show. These trays of all sorts and sizes can prevent that. You would have to roll the van to get them out of these trays! They are especially good for those really tall plants that tip over when you look at them hard! |

As you can see it has one of those tall suckers in a three inch pot, and it also has a plant in a 2" pot contained nicely, neither will tip over in it. It is also white which reflects all the light possible to the plant for good growing. |

Shown holding S200 left, 2" Air Cone Pots, S225 and 2.25NCUV or SR225 on the right. Holds them all snugly so they won't be hopping out on the way to the bench. It will also hold some rounds of the same general size.
These are the jumpiest pots in your collection, and now if you want to put three in these trays that hold 32 pots and carry them around it's ok. They will not tip over. Take one or ten out, the rest will not tip over. Can fit in the JMC1020S tray and also in the EJPFO holes or no holes. With this setup drainage is kept open, but if you want to keep them over a water tray get the EJPFONH Tray. |

#EJP35PC Pot Carrier used with #JMCM1020SB
These are trays for carrying things without turning them over. At the top is the JMCM1020SB tray which can be used by itself, but combined with various inserts like the EJP35PC Pot Carrier (shown here), your pots will not fall over when carried to a show or around the garden.
This picture shows the two trays nested, for a good sturdy pot try and provides plenty of support as you can see in the next picture below.
Now you can see how far you can tip the tray with pots in it without dumping them out. And the EJP35PC Pot Carrier is shown here with pots, but not in the tray, so it can be used by itself. These pots are empty, though; when you full them the trays are much heavier and the addition of the JMCM1020SB makes the combined carrier much sturdier.

Here's a new tray with No Holes. You can see this has ridges in the bottom, so you don't have to fill it with gravel or anything else if you don't like. You can put a small amount of water to fill the grooves in the bottom for the humidity you want, then sit the plants right on the bottom. This is the tray I use for just about anything heavy, from 5 1/2" inch pot diameter down. It is made specifically for use with these square 5.5" x 6" deep pots. Nothing is more maddening than to have just finished potting a bunch of tall plants and have one tip over into the rest. Then they all go. This tray holds both round and square one gallon pots; it is called the Square One Gallon. You can see the heavy duty partitions in the tray supporting the pots even though one is very tall and off balance. That's the beauty of this tray. $3.50 each or (10) trays for $30.00 |
